Zach Werenski and Jon Cooper are suddenly tied to Tampa Bay's biggest blue-line swing of the summer.

A hockey trade means Tampa would have to give up something painful. A Norris winner with 2 years left on his deal is not getting moved for spare parts, even if the contract picture down the road is uncomfortable.
Toronto and Philadelphia staying in the conversation only adds pressure. The Leafs can pitch a major-market stage, and the Flyers can pitch a roster still trying to take a bigger jump.
