The New England Patriots went on the greatest two decade run that we've ever seen in the NFL, and over that time, he was joined by Tom Brady, becoming the greatest Head Coach/Quarterback duo in the history of the NFL. The long-time coach announced his retirement from the league a year ago, and has since been a huge part of the media, showing personality that we never saw throughout his time in the NFL, becoming a fan favourite of many.
However, his retirement may be short lived, as Brady was officially approved as a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders this week, with reports shortly following that he would like to bring Belichick into the organization, potentially as the team's next Head Coach.
The two reportedly haven't yet had a conversation, but it's expected to be Brady's first move as Owner, and given the relationship and the success the two have experienced over their illustrious careers, it's safe to say that if anyone can bring him out of retirement, it's Brady. Currently, the team have Antonio Pierce as their Head Coach, but with the team recently trading Davante Adams to the New York Jets and their struggles this season, a change could be coming.
Ultimately, this is no guarantee, as Belichick is clearly enjoying life away from the NFL sidelines, but given all of the Super Bowl's these two won together, bringing him back as a Head Coach would be a brilliant move from Brady, and could be just what the Raiders need to become a juggernaut in the NFL once more.
