Mike Babcock will be without Zach Hyman, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and Jake Walman tonight, and Devon Levi gets the start for the Oilers.

Mark Spector reported the lineup news ahead of tonight's game against Utah.

Levi has won all four of his decisions, posting a .903 save percentage.

Babcock should ride him until he loses. Four wins without a defeat earns a goalie the net, plain and simple.

Losing three regulars in one morning is like showing up to a potluck and finding half the dishes missing. There's still food, but somebody is cooking extra.

Nugent-Hopkins, the 2011 first overall pick, has yet to appear this season and carries a $5,125,000 cap hit, according to HockeyDB.

Hyman is day-to-day with an undisclosed issue, and Walman is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.

Oilers injury concerns grow as Jason Dickinson limps off midway through practice

Jason Dickinson also limped off the ice halfway through practice, according to Spector.

He has one assist on a $4,000,000 cap hit.

Colton Dach is already out until at least Oct 24.

Nugent-Hopkins has played 1,031 NHL games, all with Edmonton, according to HockeyDB.

Connor McDavid has 17 points and a +14 rating.

Evan Bouchard has 14 points, and Vasily Podkolzin has 7 goals.

Leon Draisaitl adds 11 points, so the top end hasn't missed a beat.

Edmonton is 5-0-1 after Tuesday's 4-1 win in Los Angeles.

Tristan Jarry sits at .837 as the backup.

Utah comes in at 5-2-0 after a 5-4 win over Toronto.

Nick Schmaltz has 6 goals, 4 of them on the power play.

Mikhail Sergachev and Clayton Keller have 9 points apiece for Utah.

Karel Vejmelka sits at .895 with a shutout in the other crease.

Babcock warned before the Kings game that every opponent shows up hungry. Utah, winners of two straight, fits that description.

The teams meet again Saturday in Utah, so tonight opens a home-and-home.

How long can Edmonton keep winning with this many bodies on the shelf?

The Oilers have answered every question so far. Tonight's lineup asks a tougher one.
